Nausea and vomiting during traveling include (by road, air, and water) are common symptoms of motion sickness.

Motion sickness is a very common phenomenon that affects almost everyone at some point in their lifetime (1).

If you don’t eat for a long period of time, the acid builds up in your stomach, and whatever is in the stomach, it throws out.

However, certain beverages, things you do during travel, or food you should avoid are:
