Someone has rightly said that books can change our whole life which can raise you from bottom to top.

History is also a witness that one who has adopted the book knowledge has become a very successful leader, like A.P.J Abdul Kalam.

The best benefits of reading books are there is no limitation and no age requirement for grab knowledge.

So make sure if you are a parent, then put this habit in your children early time.

The best time of reading books is your free time means – time passes time, or before bedtime, and make it your hobby so that you can walk step by step with the world.

Continuous practice of yoga offers all kinds of mental, physical & spiritual benefits.

Yoga is one way that many students better balance the stresses that come with being so busy.

In India, Yoga is slowly taking its steps, as a result of which many young children and teenagers are also getting attracted to yoga.

Yoga has multiple benefits, which are very helpful in this stressful life. they include:

  • Improve heart health
  • Improves flexibility
  • decrease internal sexual feelings
  • relieve back pain
  • reduce stress (Cobra pose)
  • Improve balance
  • Improve mental stability

It also is an excellent anti-aging tool that slows down your aging process to a great extent.

Spend Some Quality Time with Loves ones

Sitting with your family members and gossiping will lighten your feelings, and talking to someone about your a feeling gives great comfort.

So make sure whenever you feel sad talk to your loved ones.

Respect All

Why I tell this because it shows your teaching which you learn from your parents.

It’s the parent’s responsibility to teach his/her child good things, that when they grow up, someone said that that boy is very polite to talk.

But why should we respect others? Because in return for respect, you get respect.

Getting respect from others becomes very vital also because it gives us a sense of belonging.

Receiving older people respect in our life and respect from them shows the teaching of both. and that sometimes they can also come in handy for you in the future.

And how we will show our respect to others? here are some tips to show your Polite Respect.

  • Listen: If you listen to their words, then they will also feel that you have an interest in their words.
  • Serve: Serve your servicing, for example – If she is going to sit in front of you, then get up, let her sit first, and then you sit, it’s very polite and cute as well.
  • Be kind: Show your kindness for example – Apologies if you have accidentally made a mistake. It shows you that you are kind heart person.
  • Be Polite: Speak your words politely so that others enjoy listening too. and speak your words when others have finished talking, it shows your respect to others.

  • Avoid excessive junk food
  • Do exercise
  • Don’t touch an unknown thing
  • While travelling in public transport, if a pregnant woman or an elderly person asks for a seat, give them one.

Maintaining good habits such as reading books, is little tuff, compared to bad habits, because doing bad thing have fun, but other get hurts.

Because cigarettes contain nicotine which is its main ingredient.

See when we take the first sip of smoking, nicotine goes direct go in our brain and triggers chemical (which makes us feel good)

Over time, this smoking gives our brain relaxation, but on the other hand, it gradually hollowed our body from the inside.

How to Quit Smoking?

There are many ways, that give you their 90%, and 10% on your side:

  • Talk to the doctor, they recommend nasal spray, or inhaler, that blocks chemicals in the brain that are affected by nicotine.
  • Nicotine patches and gum are very useful.
  • Medicine also available in the market, that is very effective in smoking reduction

All these things will do their job in the best possible way, but you also have to do something on your side like:

  • Avoid purchasing cigarette
  • avoid your cigarette group
  • If someone is smoking in front of you get away from him
  • do some hard work, running, and heavy lifting.
  • do yoga, which definitely works on quitting smoking

Consuming Alcohol

Alcohol is good on a limit, but If it goes above the limit, then it creates some trouble, and If one doesn’t control it early, it will become a long-term issue.

Limiting alcohol consumption is good, but excessive drinking affects our overall health such as:

Over time, these circuits can become ingrained, making cravings more difficult or impossible to resist.

Addicted to Someone

This means – being addicted to someone is a very bad habit for all of us if it is not controlled then it can become a habit, that has trouble for someone else.

Even if it’s a good or bad habit, if your habit hurts someone then they are a bad habit.

NOTE: Addictions result in cerebrum changes that cause you to feel constrained to engage in maladaptive practices.

If you feel you feel you can’t stop, you may have an addiction.

Addiction is a long-lasting cause of brain damage or disease. and some treatments can help people control their addictions.

But even for those who successfully quit, there is always some risk of again addiction, which is called relapse.

How To Quit Being Addicted To Someone?

Quit addiction is not an easy job, but if you already made up your mind to quit are:

  • Talk to those who have ever quit an addiction like smoking, and drinking alcohol.
  • talk to your loved ones, they will definitely help you, and it works.
  • avoid that thing, that triggers your weak point.
  • go on vacation, and spend some time in the environment.
  • be aware of your physic.
  • eat more fruits and juice.
  • think bad things about your addiction, and it really works.

Other Bad habits that seem small now but can be big in future

  • Nail biting
  • eating more street food
  • more masturbation cause weakness, and joint pain.
  • leaving things to last time
  • focusing on negative things
  • staying on mobile, or Tv for a long time
