High Blood Pressure has become a common disease in today’s time, which is seen more in people above 40, and sometimes in teenagers.

One of the main causes of high BP is stress, which is very difficult to get rid of completely in today’s era, and the environment and food also contribute to it.

Why Do So Many People Affect By High Blood Pressure?

The main and most common reason that about 80% of people are affected by High BP is:

  • Salt Intake: whether it is home or junk food they are high in sodium, which dilates our veins, slows down the flow of blood, and may also cause a heart stroke.

I experienced, that is the best option to reduce your inner fire feelings, even stretch your overall body cover, improve balance, treat stomach gas issues, etc.

Yoga is an ancient hack to stay healthy and some yoga that our ancestors used to improve their overall health. they include:

  • Anulom vilom: It is a breathing asana that increases the blood flow, which increases oxygen level, resultin decrease in the chance of a heart attack.
  • Cobra pose (Bhujangasana): Promote circulating, this also reduces stress and is good for back pain. also considered beneficial for asthma patients.
  • Child pose (Balasana): this provides high-level benefits for High BP patients. This asana also works on stress and improves blood dissemination throughout the body.
  • Diamond pose (Vajrasana): this is focused on working our lower abdomen to help bring down High BP and also control weight.

Exercise

Daily exercise is similar to yoga, but where yoga reduces your inner feeling, on the other hand, physical exercise such as:

Salt contains sodium, which dilutes our veins, and then obstruct the way of Blood in veins, which causes high blood pressure.

Also, our body needs extra water to “flush” the salt from our body, which also affects kidney health. that is why doctors’ first recommendation is to reduce salt intake.

High Sodium food, which easily disturbs your Blood Pressure:

  • Processed food
  • soup
  • snacks food (popcorn, chips)
  • don’t put salt on top of the food.

NOTE: However, Consuming a small amount of sodium in the diet can also improve heart health, and reduce high Blood Pressure by 5 to 6mm Hg.

Calm Down Your Stress

Stress, which is now become a part of our daily, is similar to salt, stress is more connected to our High Blood Pressure.

Stress is like a worm, which waites when we come on tension then it dominates us. if we don’t control it early, it can harm your health.

Chronic stress may also contribute to High BP.

But more research are still pending, stress becomes more aggressive when you eat unhealthy food or do not take good quality sleep.

But how to control stress here are some methods that give their 100%.

  • Focus on work, that you do, and don’t think about, which triggers your stress.
  • Do what you like most, like gaming, exercising, chatting with friends, etc.
  • In case of any trauma, talk to your friends and family members. and somebody else, that understands your thoughts.

Many believe that meditation is way beyond our thinking, and that is why many monks spend their whole life setting meditation, without eating or drinking.

Like yoga, where yoga’s primary function is to promote physical health, and here meditation’s primary work is to promote mental health.

Note: Both yoga breathing exercises and meditation may actuate the parasympathetic sensory system.

This system is engaged when the body relaxes, easing the heart rate, and bringing down High BP.

How To Meditate?

  • First, sit in a comfortable position on the mat, and avoid the noise area.
  • second, Take a deep breath.
  • third, Focus only on inhaling and exhale breathing.
  • fourth, If you’re having trouble meditating start with “OM

It keeps your mind under control, which is very effective in emergency situations and will keep your High BP under control even at that time.

Meditation is much above our thinking, so make sure to gradually increase the timing, and for beginners start with “OM“. early 2 to 4 days it seems difficult, but keep doing it.

Limit Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking

Alcohol is good on a limit, but If it goes above the limit, then it creates some trouble, and If one doesn’t control it early, it will become a long-term headache.
