Ceylon cinnamon (True cinnamon): Its bark is thick, and around 90% of cinnamon comes from Sri Lanka and is sweet to taste and mild.
Cassia cinnamon (Chinese or common cinnamon): which bark is thin, and almost all Dalchini available in the market is cassia cinnamon.
