The importance of Health in today’s times is different from earlier times.

Healthy living can lower your chance of getting a disease like high blood pressure, heart disease, sugar, and some cancer.

Being healthy should be an important part of your lifestyle.

Disease free lifestyle good feelings about yourself and taking care of your health are important to your self-honour and self-image to maintain your health.

Do what you like to maintain your health whether it is yoga, gym, or meditation.

But do not harm yourself and others.

Your health is at the centre of your own life “Every part of your life relies on you having good health”

So your physical energy is enough to climb the mountain or Everst.

When you have less strength then you have a lot of difficulty in climbing even the smallest mountain. it is difficult to:

  • Perform at work if you are too tired to be productive.
  • Have fun with friends if you are weak and dull.

Is the ability of the mind and body to maintain equilibrium and flexibility in the face of challenge and change.

Emotional balance promotes both physical, and mental health, and the more you stay healthy the more your emotional health is balanced.

Good health helps avoid certain diseases including High blood pressure stroke, heart disease, etc.

Most diseases spread from inside us.

At first, we do not know (whether we an infected or not) when it moves it is too late it does a lot of damage.

In a healthy life, you will indeed be more energetic.

An adult needs to get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day, balance their food (calories), or at least 30 minute exercise every day.

Spread Awareness of Health

Many millions of people promote health by giving their 100%, and why they spread awareness, because of this reason:

  • The health of all organisms depends on their surrounding on their environment our social environment is a vital factor in our health.
  • Public cleanliness is vital for individual health. therefore we need to be happy to be truly healthy.
  • If we mistreat each other and are afraid of each other, we can not be healthy or happy. social equality is necessary in our society.
  • We need food for fit and healthy likewise good developed country economic conditions to provide jobs suitable lifestyle, which is all needed for people’s health.

If I talk about healthcare, it is obvious that it will get everything related to emotional, mental, social, and physical health.

All of this together reflects our health.

Good fit health can be described as the condition where both our body as well as our mind are functioning properly.

But, the main cause behind poor health conditions is a disease, improper diet, stress, lack of nutrition, etc.

Over the past few years ago often tend to ignore the importance of healthy living in one way or the other.

What about – Health Importance for Today’s World?

In today’s world, not everyone has time to promote health.

That is why most people were fighting with their own life, for example (stress, unconscious mind, stay alone).

Here are some points which maybe are the genuine reason why health is essential in today’s world:

It helps to reduce pain

Chronic pain can be horrible but exercise can actually help reduce it.

A few studies indicate that exercise helps with chronic pain reduces pain and improves the quality of life.

Physical activity can also raise our internal (Immune system) energy.

Good for our muscles and bones

Physical activity like weight lifting can stimulate muscle blinding when paired with adequate protein intake.

This is because helps release hormones that promote the ability of your muscles to absorb amino acids.

However, the processed food trend has increased so much, which is contributing more to weakening our immune system, bones, and muscles instead of strengthening them.

Also, exercise like running, weightlifting, pull-ups, jogging, etc, which builds bone density.

Good health enhances better sleep quality

Regular yoga or exercise can help you relax your mind.

When you do exercise it raises your body temperature and fatigue, which improves the quality of sleep.

Keep skin healthy

Regular exercise can naturally increase antioxidants in the body whcih protect your cells from free radicals and promote blood flow.

As we know that how many chemicals are being used on skin and hair products, even in fruits, and vegetables, as well as pollution which has a very negative effect on skin health.

Our skin is also affected by our body’s stress, and the intensity and overall physical activity can contribute to oxidative damage.

It can increase the energy level

Healthy people have that much energy level which can also contribute to their private life.

Exercise is a real energy booster for healthy people as well as eating well-balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which can contribute to keeping you healthy.

In fact, exercise seems to be more effective at combating CFS than other treatments.

Protein and Nutrients in the Indian diet

The typical Indian is undergoing a nutrition shift, Indian food consists mostly of fried foods and spicy foods. with low fibre intake and a middle lifestyle.   

A large of Indians have a lower intake of vitamins and other micronutrients than what we need.

For example – nutrients, carbs, protein, etc also omega-3  fatty acid is essential, which a typical Indian diet may not include.
