Excessive alcohol consumption and recreational or habitual drug use. if you consume alcohol, do so in moderation for example men consume no more than 2 drinks per day, or in women 1 drink per day.

Drinking too much alcohol can cause abnormal activation of digestion enzymes produced by the pancreas. The buildup of these enzymes can lead to inflammation known as pancreatitis.

The additional drug, it’s vital to stop. they are linked to many health conditions or even death.
