Men’s health which is quite different from Female health same concept are follow on men’s health.

Where the female is made in this world to handle children, housework. the same men is made to help the householder in the world and to do the difficult work.

Note: But now we live in the 21st century, or according to 21st-century individuals we all are equal, equal rights, and importance.

However there are many states in developing countries like India, Nepal, China, Pakistan, etc where women are underestimated by men and restrictions on women.

There is a great difference in the health of both a man and a woman.

While on the topic of female health, we read atrocities on women, reproductive health, pregnancy, bone health, and period, etc.

There are many issues in men’s health that are considered to be much less than a periods or delivery pain.

But there are some things that affect men’s health such as Testosterone levels, hair loss, family issues, future issues.

Health habits are not only to avoid illness or disease.

In the case of men, this is different from women, where men have to leave their homes and go away for jobs like in Army or elsewhere.

Where they have to go through many examinations, and obstacles to make their mark in the world.

And if we talk about the health of men, then it is different in women, for example, starting a new life with someone else, taking care of children or wife by doing job throughout life.

Fitness

Staying fit has become an important part of men’s life. whether it is going to the gym or eating healthy food.

Many youngsters go to the gym to keep themselves fit and to impress many girls with their bodies, but they remain fit.

Coronary Artery disease is the most common disease in men that leading heart attack, and stroke.

So regular exercise or remaining fit is one of the best ways to prevent heart disease and keep your mental and phsical health strong.

According to research, still, 30 to 40% of men do not value fitness and if your goal is to stay fit like Spartan and Rock then you should adopt these 5 fitness routines include:

  • Eat well-balanced meal
  • Regular 1-hour exercise

These 5 points also apply to women’s health. if she insists on fitness.

It can also help you to improve and maintain your overall health whether it is mental health or physical health.

Globally men face many health-related issues like Heart attack, Excessive Alcohol, which causes liver disease, kidney failure, and stress.

Sexual health is a vital component of men’s overall health and well-being.

Too often males have been overlooked in the discussion of reproductive health, especially when reproductive issues.

Everyday men, their partners, and health care providers can protect their reproductive health by ensuring effective contraception, avoiding (STD) sexually transmitted diseases, and infertility.

Having sex is not always good for both males and females.

If it is too much, then it can give pleasure as well as give healthy related punishment such as:

  • Early injection
  • not satisfied
  • forgetting things
  • weakness

And there are many sex problems due to which some men are not able to satisfy their partners. they include:

  • Inability to get or keep an erection
  • No desire for sex
  • Orgasms that happen too quickly or too slowly

Everyone knows how much comfort comes from having sex, which gives relief from stress and anxiety and prevents cardiovascular disease.

A healthy sex lifestyle can significantly reduce the risk of heart attack incidence, high blood pressure, stroke, etc.

As well as the Endorphins hormones that are naturally released during intercourse and are also known to improve mood.

Age

Age is very different in men and women.

when women go through menopause, their bodies experience significant changes that happen quite suddenly.

When women on menopause stage, their bodies experience several changes in small time, while a man’s body responds more gradually.

In fact, research has found that women live more than men, but it is not clear how much. somebody says 4 years, somebody says 5 years that is not still clear.

Men’s Diet

A healthy diet is important for both men and women and it has also been observed that a men’s diet is more than that of women.

Young men need more energy than older men is the age of 19 to 45.

The growth of your body depends on your diet, what type of food you eat naturally, or containment.

By eating natural food, I mean natural foods that do not have any kind of added sugar, or colouring, which will be better for both men and women.

And good manure substances like nutrition, good fat, carbohydrates, mineral, protein, and enough water are very vital for wellness, and new ideas.

Packaged and processed foods are often full of sugar, salt, or, unhealthy food, artificial additives, and calories.

Avoid this fake shine and eat a good variety of food including:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Oatmeal with banana and fruit in breakfast
  • Rich-fiber food, such as beans and leafy greens
  • Good fat (nuts, almonds, seeds, vegetable oil like Olive, soya, sunflower, mustard oil)
