Nightfall

Nightfall is also known as a “wet dream, sex dream, or sleep orgasm“.

Nightfall occurs in men, and women, and is most common during adolescence and early young adult years, but they may happen any time after puberty.

Dreaming in where doing s*x or masturbating occurs, causes sperm ejaculation, which is not real, but in the real world, that ejaculation is real which is called nightfall.

Many young boys face nightfall, which is a natural thing at some time.

If it continually occurs it would be a problem due to weakness, frequent sleep, weak from inside, etc.

Note: 18 to 30-year-old males have experienced nightfall, while others have never experienced one. and in some other parts of the world, wet dreams are common.

In Indonesia, surveys have shown that 97% of men experience wet dreams by the age of 24.

Why does Nightfall happen?

Many boys have the question that even if they do not do much masturbate and are still virgins, they get nightfall but why?

Some have the opposite question that we masturbate but still at nightfall – there are three ways that our sperms come out, sex, masturbate, and nightfall.

In females, wet dreams also occur but when they are in passionate love with someone – with whom they enjoy physical lovemaking and they are missing him so much.

Being wet can also happen in women when they are in heat due to any reason.

Women often have fewer wet dreams than men. A study reveal that women experience wet dreams more than once a night (2).

S*xuality researchers found that about 40% of the 5,628 women he interviewed experienced at least one wet dream by the time they were 45 years old.

Another smaller s*x study published in 1986, tells that 85% of the women who had experienced wet dreams had done so by the age of 21 and some even before they turned (3).

Note: And many other studies are still incomplete because, unlike men, women do not have ejaculatory evidence.

However, women’s organs are on the inside making it difficult to study their wet dream.

Benefits of Wet Dream

Nightfall or wet dream can be beneficial and good for overall health.

If you experience 2 to 3 times a month. but two to four times a week is not good. here are the benefits of a wet dream include:

  • Detoxification of old semen so that your body can make new semen.
  • Wet dreams are an flawless way to check your semen thickness (health) if you see thick sperm then it is good healthy semen, but if you see thin semen then it is not good, and the thin sperm’s reason is to do more masturbate.

Treatment of Nightfall

The treatment of nightfall is depended on you, that is how you treat it.
