It is about spending quality time with your family and loved ones, which provides emotional support and reduces feelings of loneliness.

There are many more ways to overcome depression through building connections in different ways:

  • connect with other communities people
  • join social awareness groups “where you learn how to get back to normal life.
  • being a volunteer “where you share your thoughts with other people”

Most important share your thoughts with your trusted person who understands how you feel from inside.

Choose healthy lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is the best way to prevent several diseases or die an easy death without suffering from diseases.

A healthy lifestyle includes:

  • Consume a healthy diet including vegetables, fruits, hydrate yourself and whole grains.
  • do exercise for at least 30 minutes daily
  • take proper sleep, an adult should take 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day.
