  • Root canals: When the cavity reaches the inner layer of the tooth (pulp). this treatment is repairing the infected instead of removing them.

  • Extraction: If the tooth condition is severe, then the last option is left, tooth extraction.

Grinding your teeth is not occur by improper brushing, it is a habit that is caused by stress and anxiety, also known as bruxism.

It can occur anytime during the day and lead to irritation in teeth, sleep issues, headaches, abnormal length of teeth, and cracked or lose teeth.

Reason: Stress, anxiety, and fear situation.

Treatment: If you see these habits in yourself then go to the dentist, they will give protection to your teeth, but it’s your job to break this habit.
