Allergic reactions can vary from mild to high. if you become exposed to an allergen for the first time, your symptoms may be less.

  • Eye allergy: watery eyes, itching, reddening of eyes, etc.
  • Nasal allergy: frequent sneezing, nasal congestion, running nose, etc.

Mild symptoms of an allergic reaction can include:

A severe allergic reaction that can lead to hospitalization includes:

  • Pain with swallowing
  • Pain or tightness in the chest
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • weakness
  • Nervousness, and difficulty breathing
  • Nausea
  • Swelling on the face, eyes, or lips
  • Unconsciousness
  • Headache due to continuing sneezing

Treatment of Allergic Reaction

Skin Allergic Treatment

Allergies in the skin (rashes) come in many forms and develop for many reasons and home remedies can also be very helpful.

  • Use soap on the body – but not on the face, use soap according to your skin type.
  • Avoid scratching: scratching your rash or hives can create more irritation and can lead to infection.
  • Bath: Frequent baths will retain moisturizers that will reduce your discomfort and do not cover it with Band-Aid or bandage.
  • Baking soda is supposedly anti-fungal and may soothe itchiness.
  • Avoid washing with hot water, use warm water, and cold.

And some medicines such as:

  • Calamine: This medicine is used to treat mild itching.
  • Hydrocortisone cream: According to the National Eczema Association, this cream helps with redness, itchiness, and inflammation.

Once you know, that these things can cause allergic for you, so you can:

  • Avoid them, especially in the spring season, for example, if you have a pollen allergy, then avoid the spring season because pollen grows in spring in very large amounts.
  • Seek medical care if you are exposed to the allergen.
  • Carry medications to treat anaphylaxis.
