Most people have a seasonal allergy in springtime but why? The answer is inside you when your immune system overreacts to outdoor allergens, such as pollen and dust.

An allergen is something that triggers an allergic response.

The most common allergens are pollens from plants, such as weeds, grass, and trees.

Spring means grass growing, flowers blooming trees growing new leaves, but if you get allergies, this season of new life probably inspires more dread than joy.
