Sweet is made in Indian culture before beginning any good or doing any work. without sweets, every festival in India as faded, like sweets without sugar cannot be imagined. similarly, there is no absence of sweetness in the Indian festival.

  • Here is something you should know about a healthy diet. a healthy diet does not mean you keep a healthy diet and do not exercise.
  • Yoga: also keep a healthy life. it is not necessary that you do exercise. people who are older and cannot exercise.
  • You can also eat sweets but not too much quantity because when you exercise or lift heavy weights, calories are burned at that time. so you can eat sweets to gain your calories and by doing some exercises you can burn your extra calories.
