Mediation which is now most of the people first piority to calm their mind and live stress-less life. so let’s begin and start – how to meditate.

But still many people especially teenagers ask why should I do meditation when my mind is completely healthy. I do not have any kind of stress nor any tension.

Why should I meditate?

This question also comes to my mind that why should we meditate. I realized this when I was going through my mental situation like:

During covid unemployment, the force from the family go and find job earn some money, and Keep doing blogging, or quit and find a job, which highly increases mental pressure.

Note: And meditation is very useful in this situation and or when you are going through some mental condition. meditation helps you to get out of this type of mental situation and prevent it from dominating you.

Much scientific research also shows that mediation really helps people suffering from stress and depression to lead a happy life again.

Meditation for beginners – step by step

Meditation is a simple easy way to calm your mind, but it’s quite difficult for beginners because in the early times when we meditate there is much thought is running, which is normal human nature, and we have to reduce them.

Note: Here are step by step ways which tells you how to meditatefor beginners

  • Choose place: Choose a relatively silent place with minimum distraction which will keep your focus on the path.
  • Sit position: Sit on Dhyaan mudra also known as samadhi which is the best posture to meditate, if you can’t concentrate, start with saying “Om
  • Take a comfortable seat, not in bed, on the floor with a mat.
  • Close your mind: When you’re ready gently close your eyes. take a moment and notice any sounds in the environment. notice your thought and emotions.
  • Focus on breathing: Most important part of meditation, focus on breath, don’t think anything else, just breathing in, and breathing out.

If you experience any type of distraction start saying “Om” which cuts the disturbing sound and makes your focus on “Om”.

For beginners, 10 to 15 mindfulness meditation is a perfect way to calm anger, reduce high BP, which is difficult in starting time, but as you keep practicing, you will get experience from it.

Technique

Many people asked what is the technique of meditation there is no that much high technique of meditation, only focus on your breath, when you are in meditation mode.
