Mediation which is now most the people’s first piority to calm their mind and live stress-less life. so let’s begin and start – how to meditate.

But still many people especially teenagers ask why should I do meditation when my mind is completely healthy.

I do not have any stress nor tension.

Meditation is a simple easy way to calm your mind, but it’s quite difficult for beginners, So start with saying “OM”.

  • Choose place: Choose a relatively silent place with minimum distraction which will keep your focus on the path.
  • Sit position: Sit on Dhyaan mudra also known as samadhi which is the best posture to meditate, if you can’t concentrate, start by saying “Om
  • Take a comfortable seat, not in bed, on the floor with a mat.
  • Close your mind: When you’re ready gently close your eyes. take a moment and notice any sounds in the environment.
  • Focus on breathing: The most important part of meditation, focus on breathing, don’t think anything else, just breathing in, and breathing out.

If you experience any type of distraction start saying “Om” which cuts the disturbing sound and makes your focus on “Om”.

For beginners, 10 to 15 mint meditation is a perfect way to calm anger, and reduce high BP, which is difficult in starting time, but as you keep practising, you will get experience from it.
