Multiple studies have shown that weight loss and improved cardiovascular health, particularly in men with metabolic syndrome, can improve PE and ED.

In terms of Cardiovascular exercise and getting the blood flowing, you want to do this:

  • At least 3 times per week, at least 30 minutes per session
  • You should sweat, you want to be panting
  • You want your heart rate to go up
