Tips To Reduce Body odor?

There is no universal treatment for body odor, but the following steps are taken by which it can be reduced which include:

  • Take shower daily, which reduces to a great extent.
  • Use Anti-bacterial soap, especially the ones that smell a lot.
  • Keep clean with a towel, the drier it is, the more difficult it is for bacteria to grow.
  • Change clothes every day after showering, and if the smell is less than once in 2 days.
  • Be sure to take a bath after doing any physical activity like exercise, or running, which reduces the chances of bacterial growth.
  • Shave your hair, hair slows down the evaporation of sweat, which gives time for bacteria to make an unwanted smell.
