But excessive fluctuations can also lead to dehydration, but you can stop these by looking at the signs given below.

  • Press in the middle of the palm side of your hand. if the skin return smoothes straight immediately, then you are hydrated.

1. Feel Thirsty

Thirsty is our body’s first alarm that tells us that we need to drink water, which is especially seen during summer, afternoon sun walks, and hard work.

It’s normal to feel thirsty, during any physical task, but if you are constantly feeling thirsty then it can be a sign of a health problem.

So make sure to drink around 2 liters of water a day, and pregnant, breastfeeding women need to drink 2.5 to 3 liters a day.
