Diet

The type of diet you take also depends on how much your height will increase in childhood.

Nutritionists recommend that children should consume all fruits and vegetables till an average age or even after that which is vital for increasing height.

DNA

DNA is the most important factor that determines a person’s height.

Scientists’ research has shown that over 700 different genes have been identified that determine height.
