Lemon Water

It is recommended that during the summer season, at least drink 1 glass of lemon water, which prevents dehydration and kidney stones.

You can also add ginger, basil leaves, and honey, which is a wonderful combination to flush the toxic material from the body.

NOTE: If possible, try to drink it in the morning with an empty stomach which more effectively detoxes the body.

Bitter Guard Juice (करेला)
  • 1 way -Take a jar, or can try with a glass, cut it into circle pieces and put it into the water jar, and then leave it for 24 hours in the refrigerator, then drink.
  • 2 ways – Grind it and drink its juice directly, or you can add some water to dilute the taste.

Bitter guard juice contains essential nutrients like iron, vitamins, magnesium, and potassium, which naturally purify the blood.

Consuming it on an empty stomach can regulate blood sugar levels, High HB, detoxify the liver, and help in weight loss.

7. Cold Jetpack

Sometimes, the waste material becomes stagnant in our blood which causes heart diseases like stroke, attack, etc.
